By accessing our website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Specific land clearing or construction projects may also be governed by a separate written construction agreement, which will control in the event of a conflict.
We provide professional heavy construction and land clearing contracting services, including but not limited to forestry mulching, grading, excavation, debris removal, and site preparation. The specific scope, equipment requirements, pricing, schedule, and deliverables will be strictly detailed in the applicable written construction agreement, proposal, or estimate.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, preliminary estimates are provided for planning purposes and are valid for 30 days. Final project costs may vary due to concealed or unforeseen subterranean conditions (such as hidden rock formations or buried debris), changes requested by the Client, heavy equipment transport costs, or permit inspection requirements. Any material changes to the agreed scope must be documented through a written change order.
Clients are responsible for paying amounts due under the applicable construction agreement, estimate, or payment schedule. Project costs may include labor, heavy machinery operation, fuel surcharges, debris disposal fees, and permits. The Company reserves the right to suspend land clearing or grading work when amounts that are materially due and payable remain unpaid, subject to applicable Georgia law.
The Client agrees to provide the Company, its heavy equipment operators, and authorized crews with safe, unobstructed access to the property during scheduled working hours. The Client is exclusively responsible for ensuring that all private underground utilities, septic systems, and property boundary lines are clearly marked prior to the deployment of any heavy excavation or clearing machinery.
Project schedules and completion dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. The Company shall not be responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather (which heavily impacts grading and land clearing safety), building material shortages, equipment transport delays, unexpected subterranean site conditions, municipal permit delays, or Client-requested modifications.
Our heavy construction and land clearing services will be performed in accordance with applicable Georgia building codes, environmental regulations, and generally accepted heavy industry standards. Specific workmanship warranties will be stated in your written project agreement. We do not provide a warranty for existing structural, soil, or drainage conditions that fall outside the explicitly agreed scope of work.
The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding property boundaries, known hazards, and utility locations. The Client is entirely responsible for obtaining required municipal zoning approvals, environmental permits, or Homeowner Association (HOA) permissions before large-scale land clearing or heavy excavation begins.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PERRONE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or our heavy construction services. We accept no liability for damage to unmarked underground utilities, unmarked septic fields, or delays caused by unforeseen subterranean rock.
